Organized by the HKTDC, Asia’s premier fashion event – CENTRESTAGE – returned to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in September 2022. Find out moreKicking off on Christmas Day 2021, the ‘Ink Global 2021’ exhibition was conceived as a vehicle to promote ink art and foster cross-pollination of ink art cultures. Held at the Hong Kong Central Library, it featured more than 500 ink paintings from around the world in five display categories: ‘Portraits’, ‘Flowers and Birds’, ‘Landscape’, ‘Animals’ and ‘Modern Ink’.
Due to new social distancing requirements, the physical exhibition came to a premature halt. With Pico’s help, it was quickly transformed into a virtual exhibition tour which enabled online visitors from around the world to experience and learn about ink artwork immersively.
In 2021 AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) announced a HK$600 million renovation aiming to enhance its facilities and offer business partners and visitors a new and improved experience. One innovative element of the programme was the AWE Mobile Studio, self-contained and environmentally friendly meeting venue.
Pico was commissioned to design and build the very first example in time for a debut at the pre-show engagement activity prior to the Music Is Live concert at AWE in September 2021. The Mobile Studio turned this large-scale public event into an iconic O2O2O event by connecting the host and audience to both virtual and physical encounter.

Find out moreA 12-month long splashy, immersive promotion at a 7-Eleven x Carlsberg Crossover Themed Store ensured that “Carlsberg Smooth Draught” flowed into Hong Kong without a hiccup. Located in Discovery Bay, the specially themed shop was created after Pico’s appointment to strategise a brand campaign for Carlsberg. Refreshing branded elements and colour schemes helped make the shop one of the city’s most popular selfie spots – as well as a great place for a cold drink.
View the case study‘Scaling Digital Transformation • Cultivating Digital Assets’ was the theme for the 20th edition of the GS1 Hong Kong Summit. Held in June 2021 and co-located with the GOVirtual Business Expo for the first time, the event focused on the integration of technologies and strategies that drive digital transformation and smarter business.
Another ‘first’ for the Summit’s 20th edition was its live broadcast. In all, more than 1,300 delegates from cross-sector trades – including several from Greater Bay Area cities – joined the event in person and online to discuss topics ranging from new retail and digital trade finance to vaccine supply chain traceability, global supply chain agility and resilience.
